These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our blockchain-powered payment platform, including our website, mobile applications, smart contracts, and Web3 payment services (collectively, the "Services") operated from the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

Accounts for individuals under 18 may be created as part of a Family Pool, with parental consent and supervision.

We are required by law to verify your identity before allowing certain transactions. You agree to provide accurate information and documentation for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
LyteWire provides a non-custodial digital wallet supporting AE Coin (our CBUAE-licensed AED stablecoin), FDUSD, USDT, BNB, EURC, and EURT. Transactions settle on opBNB L2 blockchain with ~3-second confirmation times.
Our payment services enable gasless peer-to-peer transfers, social identity payments (phone, @username, ENS), merchant payments via QR code or payment links, and on-chain invoicing with immutable records.
Eligible businesses can accept multi-token payments with instant AED settlement, create on-chain invoices, and integrate via our REST API. Settlement occurs in 3 seconds, not T+1.
Enterprise clients can integrate our APIs for bulk payments, webhooks, white-label solutions, and custom compliance configurations. SDKs available for Python, Node.js, and PHP.
We leverage blockchain infrastructure to offer industry-low fees. Current fees are displayed in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to LyteWire or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses or for losses due to user error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyteWire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LyteWire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may also close your account at any time through the app settings.
Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. After this period, unclaimed funds may be subject to escheatment laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
